Sticking to a consistent workout routine is not easy to do. Follow these steps to achieve your fitness goals and develop healthier workout habits.  

Motivate Yourself

It’s important to wear sneakers that are made for the type of exercise you will be doing. Running shoes are built to cushion your heel and provide arch support with each stride, while flatter bottomed shoes are best for lifting weights. Wearing old shoes with little support can put more stress on your joints and risk hurting yourself. Keep everything you need in a gym bag so it’s easy to grab when you’re in a hurry. Don’t forget to bring a large refillable water bottle you can use to refill and stay hydrated while you’re there.
